1 Room and furnishings, excellent, calm corner room, friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast with many choices

1 Entrance area poorly maintained, noise from street traffic, small bathroom, lack of exhaust fan

Got comfortable modern room with clean bathroom, fancy shower and extra pillow had a JUST PERFECT stay overall. The hotel was in a central location in the center of Naples. I had coffee at Portanova Cafe, located within 5 minutes walk.

it was a hip new hotel that covered all our needs. the room seemed to be great-sized with very good services.

Prime location near major attractions, security features with coded entry, twilight terrace area

Noise from street traffic and the reception area was distracting!!! The room size was smaller than I expected, difficult for me to relax. Better maintenance of communal areas would improve the atmosphere!!!

Charming stay with friendly vibes

Throughout my stay, I was consistently greeted by cute smiles from the staff. The breakfast choices were abundant and delicious, setting us up perfectly for our days of exploring Naples. The room was spacious and well-kept. The fresh towels daily were much appreciated!

The entrance could certainly use more attention. While it wasn't the dirtiest place in the city, the garbage bins were noticeable and somewhat off-putting. Noise from the street was occasionally disturbing during the night, hard to get fully settled after a long day.

The room had a 46 inch smart TV. Parking is difficult around the area.

Would be happy to recommend for a weekend stopover

Spacious room, friendly staff, everything was clean, and the coffee shop served fresh coffee of our choice every morning, made the stay enjoyable.

Everything was fantastic.

I stayed in a Superior Double Room and really loved the spaciousness. The bed was super comfy, a plus after a day of exploring. The room had a nice balcony for some fresh air and views of the bustling street below. Just a heads-up though, the bathroom was a little tight, so if you're not cool with cozy quarters, keep that in mind!

The staff were super friendly and gave great tips on exploring the area. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing-always fresh and plentiful. It's great location near the old center.

The staff were super friendly, helping us with airport transfers and other arrangements. Our room was spacious, and the breakfast was a tasty mix of hot and cold options, perfect to kickstart our day.

The pool area was super relaxing, and I loved chilling in the lounge by the fireplace during the evenings. There were also fun activities like movie nights and board games that added to the cozy vibe. A small downside was the shower pressure, which could be better, but that didn't spoil my time at all 😊

Perfect spot to start exploring

Location was spot on for island hopping, super easy to get to the ports. The in-room breakfast was a nice touch and always hit the spot. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger in our room. The decor was adorable, and cleaning was on point every day!

We truly enjoyed the double room which was soundproof and reasonably large with a jacuzzi bath. the breakfast was excellent with excellent coffee and obviously worth the price. - Magnificent location really close to the restaurant and adjacent rooms, the Garibaldi train station and the port, restaurants and pubs were close to the hotel.

The private parking was nearby, very good service. the breakfast meal was excellent with sweet and obviously excellent coffee. - the location of the hotel was central, near attractions, history, and the port, as well as the Garibaldi train station.
